GWO BTT Hydraulics
The GWO Basic Technical Training (BTT) Hydraulic Module is a 1-day (8-hour) course designed for individuals who are new to hydraulic systems or who want to build practical competence for work in the wind turbine industry.
The training provides fundamental knowledge of hydraulic principles and their application in wind turbines, with a strong focus on safety and risk awareness.
Participants learn to recognize key hydraulic components, understand system functionality, and perform basic hydraulic tasks such as checking pressures and carrying out measurements. The course emphasizes safe working practices and correct procedures when handling hydraulic systems in a wind turbine environment.
Training is delivered in accordance with the GWO Basic Technical Training Standard issued by the Global Wind Safety Organisation.
